RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every item that you purchase from MiG BUDDY. We offer a 30-day money back return policy or Lifetime Warranty replacement guarantee on all purchases.

Non-defective Returns:
You may return your order with your sales receipt or packing slip within 30 days from your date of purchase for the refund of the sale price and tax of the purchase (shipping charges will not be refunded). Non-defective returns must be returned in new and unused condition along with its original packing materials. Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Replacements:
Should you experience any product defects with your order we will replace the defective product at no charge. Defective products must be returned for inspection with your sales receipt or packing slip and replacements will be processed within 20 days of receipt.

Return/Replacement Instructions:
Please email us prior to returning any item for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (info@migbuddy.com). Orders sent back without an RMA number will not be processed. Please include the following information in your email:

1. Name and Address
2. Purchase Date
3. Sales Receipt or Invoice Number
4. Reason for Return or Replacement

An email confirmation with RMA number and return instructions will be sent back to you within 5 business days.
